LEAD: Our revolutionary automatic award of $5,000 a year that rewards students for getting involved — attending events, organizing activities, spending time doing what you love to do. Commuter undergraduate students can earn up to $2,500 a year with a LEAD Award.
The LEAD Award is designed to give students the chance to try new things, to reach outside of their comfort zones, to get involved in special opportunities. The LEAD Award tells the tale of a community of learners, where friendships form and people connect in extraordinary ways.
Additional Scholarships
William Woods University offers awards on top of a student’s LEAD award for performance and academic excellence from $2,000 to $5,000. Students can also apply for merit scholarships ranging from $6,000 to $8,000.
With over a hundred combinations of majors and minors to choose, plus 54 thriving student organizations, honors societies and special topic involvement groups, you have the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in the things that make you come alive.
